What kind of image works best?
Choose a bright, clear photo with the whole subject visible. A front-facing pet portrait is a good start; avoid too many tiny details. Upload JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 10 MB. Transparent PNG images work too.
How much does a custom rug cost?
Our listed tiers are US$39.90 for sizes up to 60 × 90 cm, US$59.90 up to 120 × 180 cm, and US$79.90 up to 200 × 300 cm. We use the lowest-priced tier that fits both outer dimensions, in either orientation. Designs outside these tiers are quoted on WhatsApp.
How are shaped rugs measured?
Circles use the diameter. Other shaped rugs use their outer width and height. Choose from a rectangle, circle, oval, heart or a fixed cat outline. The cat outline stays the same while you position your image inside it. Confirm the final dimensions before production.
Will my photo become a tufting pattern automatically?
The editor previews image placement, shape cropping, colours and text. It does not remove backgrounds or convert photos into a production pattern. Before making the rug, details need to be simplified for the yarn and technique, then checked with a sample.
Can I add a name, date or special message?
Yes. Add a name, date or short phrase of up to 24 characters, then adjust its font, colour, size and position. Use words on their own or combine them with an image.
How do I save my design? Where do my photos go?
Save up to 10 drafts in this browser on this device, or download a preview PNG and design specification JSON. This website does not send your photos to a server. Clearing browser data may remove drafts, so download a backup of designs you want to keep.
How do I order my rug?
For listed sizes, confirm your design and delivery with us on WhatsApp, then continue to PayPal. Other sizes and express shipping are quoted separately. Send your design preview manually via WhatsApp; payment does not send your artwork. We verify receipt before production.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free. Express courier costs extra; we’ll confirm the fee with you on WhatsApp before you order.
Can I use images I find online?
Please use images you have photographed, created or have permission to use. For someone else’s portrait, a trademark or a protected work, get the appropriate permission first.
